Mr Embroidery provides custom embroidery and related products/services.
- All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice
- Colours, designs, and final embroidery results may vary slightly due to fabric, thread, and screen differences
- Custom-made items are produced based on customer-provided details and approvals
3. Orders and Payments
- All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed before orders are processed
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- In case of incorrect pricing or errors, we may cancel the order and issue a refund
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Mr Embroidery does not store payment card details.
4. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, spelling, sizes, and placement before production
- Once production begins, changes may not be possible
- Mr Embroidery is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is shipped

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made:
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error
- Refunds or replacements must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order
- Proof (photos) may be required to process claims
Non-custom items (if any) may be eligible for returns under specific conditions.

Customer-provided designs remain the property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.

- Losses resulting from misuse of our products or website
- Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
